1. Cut tube.
2. Clean and braze. Use gentle heat for aluminum brazing Bring temperature up slowly and evenly. Base alloys have a Melting Temperature of about 1250°F. The AFC-1000 melts at about 1000°F. It's all about controlling your heat.
3. Cut hose clean and square
4. Lubricate clamps with WD40 or equivalent. Install clamps and position on hose end. Install on fitting end.
5. Compress clamps straight and evenly. Working back to front, front to back until clamps are fully compressed.

5. Center the wide opening at 90° or 270° as shown.

1. Cut existing beadlock ferrule.
2. Separate ferrule from beadlock groove.
3. Remove ferrule and hose from tube. Inspect tube end for scratches and deformities.
4. Insert repair ferrule in beadlock groove. Insert hose and crimp withe the wide opening centered at 90° or 270° as shown.
5. Finished product.
1. Never attach hose to an unprepared metal line.
2. Bubble crimp line end to prevent hose from disconnecting.
3. Install clamps over the hose. Install hose over the line and compress clamps.
